This weekend has been a major set back in terms of physical health and good eating. Since the rehearsal dinner and the wedding I have eaten too much bad food but I miss junk food so bad. I fit in my dress and I looked good actually. Well, till I started eating a bunch of crap. Then I felt like a sausage -_- today I go back to being healthy. Saving one day a week for surge or junk. Maybe Friday or Saturday but I will not over do it like this weekend again.
